I'm the second longest leader of Ribble Valley Council, a founding member of the Lancashire Combined County Authority and previous LEP Director. Resident of Wilpshire 15 years, Mellor 11 years, Brockhall 11 years. My priority is to keep the Ribble Valley out of Greater Blackburn Council and to create the change the country needs.
