There are 84 county councillors elected to cover all the electoral divisions in the 12 Lancashire district areas. In the Ribble Valley the following REFORM UK candidates hope to win your vote on Thursday 1 May 2025:

- Stephen Atkinson: Ribble Valley South West.
- Ged Mirfin: Ribble Valley North East.
- Warren Goldsworthy: Clitheroe.
- Fred Cottam: South Ribble.
- Ian Duxbury: Longridge and Bowland.
